National Crush Rashmika Mandanna plays the lead in the upcoming female-centric action entertainer Mysaa, marking the directorial debut of Rawindra Pulle. The film has already created strong anticipation with its intriguing title and striking first-look poster. Produced by Unformula Films, Mysaa is being mounted on a grand Pan-India scale with a substantial budget. Today, the makers unveiled the film’s teaser.
The goosebumps-inducing video offers a gripping glimpse into the dark and intense world of Mysaa. It opens with a powerful voice-over by the protagonist’s mother, who speaks about her daughter’s defiance of death and urges the world to “Remember the name” — Mysaa.
Rashmika Mandanna, who has undergone a fierce transformation for the role, delivers what is arguably the boldest and most violent performance of her career. Sporting a raw and brutal look, she portrays the titular character with striking intensity. Her roar in the closing moments of the teaser powerfully encapsulates the rage and fire that define Mysaa.
