Armaan Malik singer-songwriter, makes waves as he becomes the first Indian to launch his Apple Radio show titled ‘Only Just Begun’

Renowned for his exceptional musical prowess, Armaan Malik is venturing into uncharted territories. Making history as the inaugural Indian artist to achieve this feat, he is set to premiere his highly anticipated radio show, ‘Only Just Begun’, exclusively on Apple Music worldwide. Scheduled for debut on April 5th, 2024, the show promises a star-studded array of guests, featuring both national and international music luminaries. Throughout its six-week global release, listeners on Apple Music will be treated to insightful discussions, as Armaan shares his musical odyssey, aspirations, and fervor alongside esteemed guests.

Armaan Malik has been actively engaged in his career, contributing his melodious vocals to recent hits such as ‘Jazbaati Hai Dil’ for ‘Do Aur Do Pyaar’ and ‘Jeetega Tera Junoon’ for ‘Patna Shuklla’. Additionally, he has graced international stages alongside music sensations like Ed Sheeran, Marshmello, and Lauv, elevating his talent on a global scale. Armaan Malik, initially associated with Universal Music India, is now under the banner of T-Series.

A former finalist on Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L’il Champs, Armaan Malik captured hearts, securing the eighth position through public votes. His on-screen debut transpired in the 2011 movie ‘Kaccha Limboo’.

Belonging to a lineage deeply rooted in Bollywood, Armaan is the son of music director Daboo Malik and wife Jyothi. Hailing from a family with a three-generational legacy in the industry, his grandfather Sardar Malik was a prominent music director, while his great uncle was the renowned lyricist Hasrat Jaipuri. Continuing the legacy, Armaan’s father Daboo and uncle Anu Malik have made significant contributions as music directors. Armaan has also garnered popularity in Telugu cinema for his hit in songs like Allu Arjun’s ‘Butta Bomma’, ‘Ninnila’ from ‘Tholi Prema’, Kanti Papa from Vakeel Saab and the title track of Akhil Akkineni’s ‘Hello’.
