The Bower School of Entrepreneurship launched two innovative spaces—the Founders Library and B Café—to create a unique hub for Hyderabad’s entrepreneurial community. Designed to encourage reading, reflection and connection, these spaces aim to blend learning with creativity and collaboration.
The Founders Library is India’s first curated library dedicated to entrepreneurs, built by and for creators. It features a collection of books personally recommended by founders, business leaders and changemakers from India and abroad—titles that have influenced their journeys and ideas. Visitors can browse, read and engage with peers, turning the library into a living ecosystem for continuous learning.

Speaking at the launch, Mr. Pavan Allena, Founder of Bower School, said, “The Founders Library and B Café are more than spaces; they are a mindset. Entrepreneurship is not taught, it’s experienced. We wanted a place where anyone can pick a book, share a coffee and leave a little wiser.”
Bower also plans to expand the library into digital editions, encouraging the community to recommend new titles and keep the collection evolving.

Complementing the library is the B Café, a relaxed zone where entrepreneurs and students can meet, brainstorm and collaborate over coffee. Designed to blend warmth with creativity, it aims to be a gathering point for young innovators in the city.
The event was inaugurated by Mr. Jayesh Ranjan, IAS, Principal Secretary, ITE&C Department, Government of Telangana. In his speech, he emphasised the importance of reading, sharing that his own reading habits helped him secure the top rank in the IAS examination.

Other distinguished guests included Mr. Ajit Rangnekar (Former Dean, ISB), Mr. Ramesh Loganathan (Professor, IIIT-H), Ms. Kiranmai Dutt Pendyala, and Mr. Mahankali Srinivas Rao (Advisor & ex-CEO, T-Hub). The launch featured engaging panel discussion —“The Books That Built Us” and “Learning Beyond Classrooms”—followed by a book reading session by Bower students.
With these new initiatives, Bower School of Entrepreneurship continues its mission to bridge education and real-world innovation through community, curiosity and creativity.
