Krish Jagarlamudi skips Hari Hara Veera Mallu events for Ghaati

Krish Jagarlamudi

As Hari Hara Veera Mallu gears up for its grand theatrical release on 24 July, one notable absence has caught everyone’s attention—director Krish Jagarlamudi. Despite being the creative force behind most of the film, Krish has been missing from all promotional activities so far. The reason, it seems, is his commitment to his latest project, Ghaati, a much-anticipated film starring Anushka Shetty.

Krish Jagarlamudi, widely respected for his unique storytelling and rich visual style, began work on Hari Hara Veera Mallu several years ago. The film is a high-budget period action drama headlined by Power Star Pawan Kalyan and produced by A. M. Rathnam. It went through multiple delays and was in production for nearly five years. Krish directed approximately 75% of the film before stepping away from the project due to reasons that remain undisclosed. Director Jyothi Krishna was later brought in to complete the remaining portions.

Now, with just a few days left before its release, the team has started promoting the film across various platforms. But Krish’s complete absence from press meets, interviews, and promotional events has left many fans surprised and disappointed. Several netizens have expressed their concerns on social media, questioning why the man who shaped most of the film isn’t part of its final push.

Industry insiders say that Krish is currently tied up with Ghaati, which has already faced multiple delays. The film, which stars Anushka Shetty in a powerful lead role, is still in the post-production phase. Due to the repeated postponements and the complexity of the project, Krish is reportedly supervising the work closely to avoid further delays. As a result, he has not been able to take part in any promotional activities for Hari Hara Veera Mallu.

While some fans are upset by his absence, many others continue to support Krish, acknowledging the significant role he played in bringing Veera Mallu to life. They believe his creative vision will still be felt throughout the film, even if he isn’t present during its promotional phase. Some have also pointed out that Krish’s dedication to completing Ghaati shows his commitment to quality over publicity.

As the countdown to the release continues, the spotlight remains on Pawan Kalyan and the final product. But the discussion around Krish’s absence has added another layer of curiosity and emotion to the film’s journey.
