Le Café at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre Unveils a Stylish New Menu Blending European Elegance with Indian Flavours

At the heart of Hyderabad’s bustling convention district, Le Café at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre has quietly evolved from a charming French-style café into a vibrant all-day dining destination. Located within one of the city’s most prominent hospitality hubs and frequented by guests from the iconic Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC), this cosy café continues to be a favourite for artisanal coffees, fresh bakes, and relaxed conversations. With its newly curated menu, Le Café elevates the experience further—bringing together global coffee blends, gourmet teas, indulgent hot chocolates, and a thoughtfully crafted fusion food menu that reflects both international flair and Indian taste preferences. Whether you’re a hotel guest, a conference attendee, or a city-based café enthusiast, this upgraded offering makes Le Café a must-visit culinary stop in Hyderabad.

Originally conceptualised as a French café at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre, Le Café has evolved over the years to reflect the changing preferences of its diverse clientele. Nestled at the lobby level, this cosy corner continues to draw in-house guests as well as walk-in visitors who come to savour its signature bakes and coffees.  In addition the Hyderabad International Convention Centre ensures a steady stream of guests attending exhibitions, seminars, and conferences, making it a consistently buzzing café space.

With its latest menu upgrade, Le Café steps up its food and beverage experience. Coffee lovers can now indulge in refined global blends such as Tierra Colombia with delicate jasmine and lime notes, Tierra Brazilia sourced from Cereja Passita and Lambari with hints of dried fruit and caramel, and Puro Gusto featuring homegrown beans from Coorg and Chikmagalur. The hot chocolate selection is equally indulgent, featuring premium cacao varieties including Belgian chocolate and single-origin dark cacao from Madagascar, Santo Domingo, and Tanzania, each offering distinct flavour profiles.

The beverage menu extends beyond coffee, offering a wide range of teas including hibiscus, chamomile, and blue tea, alongside fresh fruit smoothies and refreshing mocktails. Complementing these are freshly baked breads such as sourdough, focaccia, and multigrain loaves.

Among the standout dishes, the Croissant Sandwich with Masala Omelette, served with fries and garlic butter, offers a satisfying all-day meal option. Vegetarians can opt for the croissant with bocconcini and tomatoes, paired with pesto and fries. Known for its thin crust pizzas, Le Café introduces bold flavours like the Guntur Chicken, available both as a pizza and a puff. The quinoa salad adds a refreshing, health-forward touch to the menu.

What truly sets the new menu apart is its seamless fusion of European classics with Indian flavours. The Tiger Boom Burger, featuring chargrilled chicken tikka, is a perfect example—bringing together familiar spices in a contemporary format that is both comforting and indulgent.

Le Café is open daily from 9 am to 9 pm.
