Oo Antava DSP

Tollywood icon star Allu Arjun’s film Pushpa, directed by Sukumar, was a major hit. The film marked a turning point in Arjun’s career. One of the biggest highlights of the movie was the song Oo Antava composed by DSP, which became a huge success across all languages.

Samantha’s special dance performance added extra charm to the song. Music composer Devi Sri Prasad (DSP) gave it a catchy tune that audiences loved. The song went on to become a chartbuster and still remains popular.

Recently, DSP spoke at the launch event of Dil Raju’s new production house, Dil Raju Dreams. On stage, DSP revealed that he had created the tune for Oo Antava in just five minutes in Chennai. He said that someone had now copied the tune abroad. Though he joked about whether to take legal action, he added that he felt proud that a Telugu song was worth copying.

His comments quickly went viral on social media. Fans started discussing who copied the song. Later, it was revealed that it was not Hollywood, but a Turkish artist who made a similar-sounding song.

Turkish pop singer Atiye released a song called Anlayana a few months ago. Listeners found the tune quite similar to Oo Antava. The Turkish song was not an official copy but had noticeable similarities. After DSP’s comments, the song drew more attention online.

Fans are now commenting under the Anlayana video, calling Oo Antava the original. Some are proud of Telugu music reaching global ears, while others are upset about the similarity. The discussion continues online as more people hear both songs.
