Signature Estates unveiled its ultra-luxury villa development in Hyderabad through the innovative “Palate by Design” event on January 10-11, 2026. Developed by Ramky Signature One Pvt Ltd across 101 acres in Tukkuguda, the project features 93 bespoke mansions on half-acre and one-acre plots, master-planned by Habitat Architects. Guests savored a groundbreaking fusion of seven designer-restaurant collaborations, each transforming a villa into an immersive sensory realm blending interiors, architecture, and gourmet cuisine.

Nitya Reddy, alongside her mother, Pratima Reddy, launched the Signature Estates, lauding the seven villas as “timeless retreats blending heritage with innovation. Their reflection, “Curating Palate by Design fused design, cuisine, and emotion seamlessly. Habitat’s vision elevates luxury living, crafting homes that resonate across generations in Hyderabad’s elite enclave.”
Habitat Architects shaped Signature Estates with restrained, contextual architecture that harmonizes with lush landscapes, incorporating straight lines, warm finishes, and natural light to foster serene, liveable spaces. The Palate by Design launch invited connoisseurs to explore seven villas, each reimagined by a designer paired with a top chef, turning private dining into experiential art. Spanning 1.5 hours per session, the event highlighted sustainability, low-density living, and tech-forward features like AI and IoT integration.
Seven Villas’ Design and Culinary Pairings
The seven villas showcased distinct interiors crafted by Hyderabad’s finest designers, emphasizing maximalism, memory-evoking elements, and contextual elegance under Habitat’s oversight. Gowri Adappa’s villa for The Table featured intimate, dedication-driven spaces paired with Chef Louis Gomes’ instinctive, grit-honed flavors from two decades in kitchens. Sarah Choudhary of Habitat collaborated with Ekaa for “The Art of Enough,” creating grounded realms with Chef’s balanced intimacy. Abin Chaudhuri’s design met Izumi’s Japanese precision, while Apoorva Shroff elevated Praça Prazeres’ refined European classics by Chef Ralph Prazeres. Bang’s bold Thai infusions, created by Chef Manav Khanna, complemented vibrant settings, and Indian Accent’s contemporary, home-like dishes, crafted by Chef Rijul Gulati, rounded out the ensemble. Each villa wove greenery into open courtyards, prioritizing privacy and enduring luxury.
Adil Ahmad x Tehzeeb Spotlight
Designer Adil Ahmad transformed one villa into a maximalist marvel filled with awe-inspiring memories and presence, partnering with Tehzeeb restaurant led by Chef Shankar Krishnamurthy. The fusion9 director, with 25 years of global expertise, infused humanitarian purpose—sharing surplus food—into a multi-course meal: Kalmi Kebab starter, Kakori Kebab and Galouti Mutton Kabab mains with Sheermal, Shorba Soup, Lucknawi Gosht Korma with Kulcha, and Tulsi Kulfi finale. Guests dined amid opulent tablescapes on silver thalis, evoking Lucknow’s refined heritage against the villa’s grand, idea-fueled ambiance.
