Sai Kumar turns 65, celebrates 50 years in films

Veteran actor and dubbing legend Sai Kumar is celebrating his 65th birthday on 27 July. This year also marks his golden jubilee in the film industry—an impressive 50 years as an actor.

Known for his powerful voice and unforgettable dialogues, Sai has made his mark as a hero, villain, character artist, and voice actor. His performances have won the hearts of audiences across South India.

Sai made his acting debut in 1975 with the film Devudu Chesina Pelli, which was released during Sankranti and became a big success. This year, he acted in Vastunnam Sankranti Ki, which also turned out to be a hit. Another major success this year was the courtroom drama Court, in which he played the lead role.

Even after five decades in cinema, Sai continues to be in high demand. He is currently working on multiple Telugu films, including Sambarala Yetigattu with Sai Dharam Tej, Bad Boy Karthik with Naga Shaurya, K Ramp with Kiran Abbavaram, and 12A Railway Colony with Allari Naresh. He is also acting in Dharmasthala Constituency, Rajadhi Raja, a project with Kona Venkat, and another film with director S.V. Krishna Reddy.

His talent is not limited to Telugu cinema. Sai is also active in Kannada and Tamil films. He is working on Kannada movies like Chowkidar, Satya Son of Harishchandra, and a film with Shiv Rajkumar. In Tamil, he is acting in Diesel and a movie with Vikram Prabhu.
Sai Kumar is also stepping into the world of web series with Mayasabha by Deva Katta and Kanyashulkam by Krish.

Adding to the family legacy, Sai Kumar is acting with his son Aadi in the film Inspector Yugandhar. Aadi is also working on his next project, Shambala.
