Toastmasters District 126 Annual Conference “ Jubilance 2025” Kicks Off in Hyderabad
The annual conference of Toastmasters International, District 126, titled “Jubilance” commenced with enthusiasm at the Engineering Staff College of India (ESCI), Gachibowli. Spanning two days, the event focuses on enhancing communication and leadership skills among individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Region 8 International Director, Distinguished Toastmaster Sujit Sukumaran, attended as the chief guest, lending prestige to the occasion. A keynote address by Manoj Vasudevan, 2017 World Champion of Public Speaking, captivated the audience and stood out as a key highlight.
Addressing the media, Sainadh Gupta, Club Growth Director of Toastmasters International, highlighted the significance of Toastmasters clubs for youth migrating to Hyderabad for education and employment. “Toastmasters clubs play a pivotal role in empowering individuals with public speaking and leadership skills, especially those from rural backgrounds. Anyone can join a nearby club, often at no cost, and benefit from this supportive learning environment,” he stated.
The conference also features various speech contests, including the International Speech, Humorous Speech, Table Topics, and Evaluation contests. Winners from these contests will go on to represent the district in higher-level competitions.
District 126 spans across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, and Nagpur. It supports thousands of members through its college-based, corporate, and community clubs, serving as a platform for personal and professional growth.
Prominent leaders including Mayuri Asudani and Sainadh Gupta, along with Toastmasters from across the country, are participating in this grand event.
Toastmasters International is a global non-profit educational organization with a presence in 143 countries and more than 17,000 clubs. Membership is open to anyone above the age of 18.
