Prime Video and BBC Reveal First Look of The Night Manager Season 2

Eight years after its unforgettable first season, The Night Manager is making a triumphant return. Prime Video and the BBC have released the first look images from The Night Manager Season 2 of the globally acclaimed spy thriller, reigniting excitement among fans who have long awaited the return of Jonathan Pine.

The new chapter once again stars Tom Hiddleston as the enigmatic former British spy, now living under a new identity. Hiddleston’s portrayal in Season 1 earned him multiple awards, including a Golden Globe and an Emmy, and cemented his place as one of television’s most compelling leads.

Season 2 introduces a host of new faces, including Diego Calva (Babylon, Narcos: Mexico) as the sharp and dangerous Colombian businessman Teddy Dos Santos, and Camila Morrone (Daisy Jones & The Six) as Roxana Bolaños, a woman drawn into Pine’s perilous new mission. Returning favourites Olivia Colman, Alistair Petrie, and Douglas Hodge will reprise their roles, continuing the series’ intricate web of espionage and betrayal.

This season takes the story far beyond the pages of John le Carré’s original novel, exploring new global tensions and conspiracies. Set in present-day London, Spain, Colombia, and France, the story finds Pine once again pulled back into a world he thought he had escaped. When he crosses paths with a figure from his past, a chain of violent events thrusts him into a deadly international arms plot, forcing him to question loyalties and uncover hidden motives.

Produced by The Ink Factory, the new season is written and executive produced by David Farr, with direction by BAFTA-winner Georgi Banks-Davies. The production team includes Stephen Garrett, Hugh Laurie, and Tom Hiddleston among others, ensuring continuity with the high standards of the first season.

All six episodes of The Night Manager Season 2 will premiere globally on Prime Video (excluding the UK) and on BBC One and BBC iPlayer for UK audiences.
