MTV Splitsvilla X6: Pyaar Ya Paisa, India’s popular youth dating reality show, has made its Telugu debut, streaming from May 12 on JioHotstar and airing every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 7 PM. Hosted by Sunny Leone and Karan Kundrra, the latest season promises a fresh dose of romance, drama, and entertainment, introducing Telugu audiences to the iconic reality franchise for the first time.
Set amidst the picturesque beaches of Mahabalipuram, the season features 33 contestants competing in a unique format titled “Pyaar Ya Paisa,” where they are divided into Pyaar Villa and Paisa Villa. The show explores how contestants navigate the complex choices between love and money, making every episode packed with emotional twists, strategic decisions, and unexpected turns. Adding to the excitement are special “Mischief Makers” Nia Sharma and Uorfi Javed, who bring extra drama to the villa.
Speaking about the launch, Sunny Leone said the show continues to evolve with changing relationships and modern dating styles, while Karan Kundrra shared his excitement about returning to MTV after six years.
