Prabhas Unveils Fauzi: “A Battalion Who Fights Alone”

Prabhas has officially unveiled the striking first poster of his much-awaited period action drama Fauzi, sending fans into a frenzy. Sharing the intense visual on social media, the pan-India superstar confirmed that the film will hit theatres worldwide on December 3, 2026, with the powerful tagline: “A Battalion Who Fights Alone.”

The poster is nothing short of breathtaking. A blood-soaked Prabhas sits atop a battlefield surrounded by fallen soldiers, gripping a rifle with an expression that reflects both fury and determination. With the words “The Rebellion Begins”accompanying the announcement, the film immediately establishes itself as a grand-scale historical epic rooted in resistance and sacrifice.

Directed by Hanu Raghavapudi, best known for Sita Ramam, Fauzi is reportedly set against the backdrop of pre-Independence India under British rule, blending history, patriotism, action, romance, and rebellion into a sweeping cinematic narrative. The collaboration between Prabhas and Raghavapudi has been one of Telugu cinema’s most anticipated pairings ever since the project was announced.

Backed by Mythri Movie Makers and presented by T-Series Films, the film features Imanvi as the female lead, while veteran actors Mithun Chakraborty, Jaya Prada, and Anupam Kher are also expected to play pivotal roles, adding significant gravitas to the ensemble.

The announcement has ignited social media. Fans are calling the poster “goosebump-inducing,” praising Prabhas’ commanding screen presence and the film’s gritty visual aesthetic. Many believe Fauzi could mark another defining chapter in the actor’s career, especially given Hanu Raghavapudi’s reputation for combining emotional storytelling with visually rich filmmaking.

With its multilingual release spanning Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Bengali, Fauzi is clearly aiming for a nationwide and globalaudience. Judging by the first poster alone, audiences can expect an emotionally charged war drama where courage, rebellion, and sacrifice take center stage.

The rebellion officially begins on December 3, 2026. And if the first glimpse is anything to go by, Fauzi is gearing up to be one of the biggest cinematic spectacles of the year.
