Artist Giridhar Gowd’s latest creations draw inspiration from Adi Shankaracharya’s timeless work, “Soundarya Lahari,” focusing on Lord Shiva’s divine dance, the Tandava Natyam. The paintings vividly depict different forms of this cosmic dance, including Ananda Tandava, Sandhya Tandava, Kaliki Tandava, Vijay Tandava, Uma Tandava, Sahara Tandava, and Urdhwa Tandava. Additionally, the Navdurga Swarup series, inspired by Dhyana Shlokas, presents magnificent portrayals of various forms of Devi, such as Bala Tripura Sundari Devi, Gayatri Devi, Annapurna Devi, Lalita Devi, Saraswati Devi, Mahalakshmi Devi, Durga Devi, Mahishasura Mardini Devi, and Shri Raja Rajeshwari.
