Firestone Grill, Beyond Buffet, distinguishes itself with a 100% Volcanic Stone-based cooking method aimed at reducing fat while preserving the natural flavors. The venue boasts a state-of-the-art ambiance, featuring the latest decor, lighting, and cascading platforms and canopies that showcase mouthwatering recipes.

The extensive menu encompasses a variety of categories, including welcome drinks, soups, salads, vegetarian and non-vegetarian starters, main courses for both preferences, accompaniments, and Indian breads. For those with a sweet tooth, an array of tempting desserts is also available.

This venture is backed by partners Suryadevara Ajay, Gautam, and Srilakshmi Suryadevara.

During the inaugural speech, Gautam, one of the partners, highlighted the uniqueness of their Volcanic lava stone-based cooking method, emphasizing its health benefits by reducing fat without compromising on natural flavors. He mentioned that Firestone Grill’s second venture follows the success of their Kondapur location. Noteworthy is their specialty cabbage and apple-based salad, a unique dish served with five different sauces, green Mint chutney, and red chutney, which has gained popularity at Kondapur in various settings, from kids’ birthday parties to corporate meetings.

Gautam also shared the culinary expertise of their chefs, who have worked on different cruises worldwide, mastering authentic cuisines such as French and Mexican. The menu has been adapted to suit the tastes and sentiments of Andhra and Telangana food enthusiasts, excluding Beef and Pork but featuring Chicken, Mutton, Fish, and more.

Looking ahead, Gautam expressed plans to open 15 additional units in Andhra and Telangana within the next three years, emphasizing their commitment to serving customers from 11 am to 11 pm.
