At 10, Nara Devansh Launches ‘Dino Deets’ Dinosaur Podcast, Steps Into Educational Content Creation

At just 10 years old, Nara Devansh, son of Andhra Pradesh Minister for Information Technology, Electronics and Communications and Human Resources Development Nara Lokesh, is stepping into the digital content space with the launch of Dino Deets, an educational podcast and YouTube initiative centred on dinosaurs, palaeontology, science and history.

Devansh is also the grandson of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, placing him within one of the state’s most prominent political families. Yet, despite the public profile associated with his family, the young achiever has periodically made headlines for accomplishments of his own.

Most notably, Devansh entered the World Book of Records last year as the “Fastest Checkmate Solver,” earning recognition after rapidly solving 175 complex chess checkmate puzzles from the book 5334 Problems, Combinations, and Games.

The achievement brought him attention beyond political circles and highlighted an early aptitude for analytical thinking and competitive problem-solving.

A Fun Father-Son Introduction To Dino Deets

Ahead of the launch, a promotional video featuring Devansh and his father, Nara Lokesh, offered audiences a glimpse into the initiative through a light-hearted father-son interaction.

The video, shared online, has drawn attention for its warm and playful tone, showcasing an easy camaraderie between the two. Rather than a formal launch announcement, the clip presents Dino Deets through moments of curiosity and conversation, adding a personal dimension to the project.

The promotional video also humanises the public image of the political family, highlighting a softer and relatable father-son bond while introducing the young creator’s interest in dinosaurs and learning.

From Chess To Content Creation

With Dino Deets, Devansh now appears to be turning that curiosity toward educational storytelling.

The channel is expected to focus on dinosaurs, fossils, prehistoric life, science and history, blending entertainment with learning for younger audiences. Educational content in these areas has seen increasing popularity globally, particularly among children consuming knowledge-based digital media.

The initiative marks his first known independent digital venture and positions him among a growing generation of young creators exploring learning-led content.

Educational content centred on dinosaurs and science has long held appeal among younger audiences. In popular culture too, curiosity-driven young characters such as Sheldon Cooper from Young Sheldon helped make academic enthusiasm and niche interests part of mainstream entertainment. Dino Deets appears to tap into a similar spirit of curiosity and learning.

Building An Identity Beyond Politics

Public attention around Devansh has often been linked to his family background and the political significance of the Nara family in Andhra Pradesh.

However, achievements such as the chess world record and now the launch of Dino Deets point toward an emerging individual profile shaped by academics, curiosity-driven learning and youth engagement.

The podcast launch therefore marks more than a digital debut. For the 10-year-old, it signals the beginning of a new journey — one built not around politics, but around learning, discovery and storytelling.
