Wings 2026 at Begumpet Airport may be a B2B aviation show at its core, but it packs enough excitement for everyone — from cutting-edge commercial aircraft and helicopters to crowd-favourite airshows and drone displays.
Are you an aviation enthusiast, a frequent flyer, or someone who enjoys watching the big aircrafts, the latest models and the aviation acrobats somersaulting in the sky? Wings 2026 at Begumpet Airport, at its core, is a B2B aviation show, but it always packs in enough excitement for all.

Here’s a quick lowdown of the latest mean machines you may find standing on display, waiting to fly:
Airbus has on display what they call the A321neo — one of the world’s best-selling single-aisle aircraft — designed to address the increasing demand for civil aviation in India. It has a narrow body, higher capacity, and is fuel-efficient, offering better operating costs for busy domestic routes.
Other Airbus aircraft on display include the A220 and the single-engine helicopter H160.

Definitely look out for the H125 Virtual Reality Simulator built for Airbus by Loft Dynamics, a Switzerland-based company testing Asian waters for the first time. Equipped with cameras to monitor every movement of the trainee pilot, the simulator uses VR for training through immersive simulation of the highest quality. The H125 takes up less space, eliminates risk, and operates at reduced cost.
On display are the Dhruv NG helicopters, indigenously manufactured by HAL. These helicopters have passed international standards, and for the first time, Pawan Hans has acquired 10 of them to be deployed for ONGC offshore operations.
HAL carries forward the Make in India initiative with other debuts at Wings 2026 — the SJ 100, made indigenously based on a Russian design, and the H-228 commuter aircraft.

Boeing has what can easily be termed the showstopper on display — the first Boeing 787-9 custom-built for Air India. Plush interiors, comfort even in the economy class, and special 1-2-1 seating for business class ensure aisle access for all.
The most popular attraction on the menu is the airshows by the Suryakiran Aerobatics Team and the Mark Jeffries Team. The latter has been bringing his team to Hyderabad for the last 12 years, and it never gets boring even once. While Suryakiran will perform at 11 am, Mark’s team will take to the skies at 12 pm and 7.30 pm.
Also, look out for the drone show — it is quite spectacular as well.
