The latest reports from Bollywood media say that Ajay Devgn is likely to join the cast of the Allu Arjun-Atlee film. He is said to be playing a dark, psycho villain—a character so cruel that he kills and even eats people. This intense role is expected to be a major highlight of the film.
It is a big-budget film of over Rs 800 cr pan-India starring Icon Star Allu Arjun and directed by Atlee that is currently being shot in Mumbai. The film is already creating a buzz with its massive scale, unique concept, and star-studded cast.
Allu Arjun will reportedly play four different roles in the film, which is one of its major highlights. But the surprises don’t stop there. The makers have already finalised three leading actresses—Deepika Padukone, Mrunal Thakur, and Janhvi Kapoor. Rashmika Mandanna’s name is also being mentioned for another key role.
According to reports, director Atlee chose Ajay Devgn for this role because of his naturally intense look and serious expressions. Ajay rarely smiles on screen, and that worked perfectly for this dangerous character. Sources say Atlee personally met with Ajay and convinced him to take on the role.
Ajay Devgn made his Telugu debut with RRR, where he played Ram Charan’s father in a flashback role. His performance received a lot of praise and brought him closer to Telugu audiences. Since then, he hasn’t acted in another Telugu film, so his possible comeback through this Allu Arjun project is exciting.
Ajay is currently busy with several Bollywood films, including Drishyam 3, Son of Sardaar 2, De De Pyaar De 2, Ranger, and Dhamaal 4, which are either announced or in production.
