The Blank Canvas by ArtLife is set to host Eye Contact Experience, a unique and immersive social evening designed to foster meaningful human connection through the simple yet powerful act of eye contact.
In a world filled with constant noise, digital distractions, and endless conversations, genuine human connection has become increasingly rare. Eye Contact Experience invites participants to slow down, sit across from a stranger, and share a silent gaze—where words pause, barriers dissolve, and authentic connection unfolds.
Built on the belief that “eyes are the windows to the soul,” the experience explores how a single moment of eye contact can communicate honesty, vulnerability, emotion, and understanding far beyond language.
“Words can be rehearsed. Eyes cannot.” The event offers a safe, shared, and deeply human space to reconnect—with others and perhaps even with oneself.
The session will be conducted and guided by Tarusha Saxena, who will facilitate the experience and create a warm, mindful environment for participants to feel safe, present, and open to authentic interaction.
Speaking about the event, Tarusha says: “We spend so much time speaking, scrolling, and rushing through life that we rarely pause to truly see another human being. Eye Contact Experience is a reminder that connection does not always need words—sometimes, being fully present with another person is enough to make us feel seen, understood, and less alone.”
