Zee Studios and Prerna Arora’s upcoming mythological action-fantasy Indraputra is already generating curiosity with Kiran Abbavaram headlining the project, and now speculation around another possible casting has started doing the rounds. Apparently, iconic actors and technicians across industries shall be joining the team.
Iconic actor Khushbu Sundar is being linked to the film, although there is no official confirmation from the makers or the actor at this stage.
Directed by Srikanth Puppala, Indraputra is being planned as the first chapter of a larger mythological universe with a strong inclination towards the Jagannath temple and Lord Krishna. The makers are expected to reveal more details about its cast and characters as production progresses.
Khushbu’s reported association would add to the pan-India spectacle’s visibility. With a career spanning over four decades, the actor has worked extensively across Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada cinema, making her one of the rare performers with a truly multilingual filmography.
Indraputra, starring Kiran Abbavaram, itself marks an ambitious move into the mythological action-fantasy space for Zee Studios and Prerna Arora. The story brings together contemporary characters and the glorious Indian mythology, with the makers envisioning a larger world that can potentially extend beyond a single film.
