In a momentous celebration of International Women’s Day, Deepthi Reddy Madugula, the Founder of Womenergy, the organization committed to women’s empowerment, orchestrated the Telangana Womenergy Awards ceremony and inaugurated the United Telangana Local Women’s Association Front (UTLWAF). This significant event unfolded at NITHM, Gachibowli, with over 1500 participants, including distinguished figures such as Sangeetha Reddy, Joint Managing Director of Apollo Hospitals, Anuradha Reddy, Vice Chair of Continental Hospitals and chairperson of a diabetes foundation, and Sudha Reddy, an Agri Industrialist. The gathering aimed to inspire and galvanize the women of Telangana to collaborate and achieve more.

Sangeetha Reddy emphasized the necessity for women to cultivate strength and carve out an ecosystem of equality without external dependence. She urged more women leaders from Telangana to emerge onto global platforms and boardrooms, underlining the impact of the Womenergy UTLWAF TWA Awards as a pivotal event for Telangana’s women.
Anuradha stressed the importance of addressing issues such as sexual harassment and fostering gender respect, particularly within workplaces. She advocated for the breaking down of barriers hindering women’s progress.
Sudha Reddy highlighted the significance of Agritech and Agriindustries in shaping the future, urging women not to squander time but to focus on wealth creation through participation in Telangana’s industrial landscape.
The launch of UTLWAF, alongside the conferment of Telangana Womenergy Awards to 300 deserving women from 36 local societies, marks a significant milestone in the journey towards women’s empowerment in Telangana.
