Celebrating Three Years of Diplomatic Success: Honorary Consulate of Kazakhstan in Hyderabad Marks Milestone Anniversary

The Honorary Consulate of Kazakhstan in Hyderabad celebrated its third anniversary today at ITC Kohenur, reflecting on the significant strides made in fortifying diplomatic ties between Telangana and Kazakhstan.

The commemorative event, hosted by H.E Dr Nawab Mir Nasir Ali Khan, the Honorary Consul of Kazakhstan in Hyderabad, witnessed the esteemed presence of key dignitaries from various sectors. Sri Ravi Gupta, IPS, Director General of Police, TS; H.E Mr Orhan Yalman Okan, Consulate General of the Republic of Turkey; H.E Mr Aaref Alnuai, Consul General of UAE in Hyderabad; Sri Madhu Yaskhi Goud, Secretary & Spokesperson, AICC; Sri Allu Arvind, Film Producer; Jonnalagadda Snehaja, IFS, Regional Passport Officer Telangana, Ministry of External Affairs (MEA); Dr Jitender, IPS, Principal Secretary to Govt of Telangana; Sri Jayesh Ranjan, IAS, Principal Secretary, I & C & IT, Govt of Telangana; and Dr Anil Kumar, IPS, Director General, Telangana Special Protection Force, graced the occasion with their presence.

Notable Achievements and Pledges for the Future

During the three years, the Honorary Consulate achieved remarkable milestones, including the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Astana and T hub and facilitating visa-free visits for Indian citizens to Kazakhstan. Dr Nawab Mir Nasir Ali Khan expressed the Consulate’s commitment to strengthening the bonds between the people of Telangana and Kazakhstan.

In his statement, Dr Nawab Mir Nasir Ali Khan outlined ongoing initiatives, including plans for a direct flight from Hyderabad to Kazakhstan, emphasizing the Consulate’s dedication to fostering increased collaboration and cooperation.
