Habuild, the habit-building wellness platform launched a national call to action #KarkeTohDekho — a bold new initiative aimed at breaking the biggest barrier to health: overthinking
In line with the World Health Organization’s 2025 theme “My health, my right”, wellness platform Habuild launched as a nation-wide call that empowers individuals to claim that right with one simple action: starting. Their call to action #KarkeTohDekho aims to break the biggest barrier to health – overthinking.

In most people the true challenge isn’t lack of time or motivation, it’s hesitation. The doubt, the endless planning, the “kal se shuru karenge” mindset. This World Health Day, Habuild urges everyone to override that mental block and just start. No pressure. No perfection. Just action.

As part of the initiative, Habuild will host a special 10-minute live yoga session on April 7th at 8 PM IST, free for all. The message is simple: even a few minutes of movement can become the foundation of lifelong wellness. No gear, no pressure, no prep needed.

“People don’t struggle with exercise. They struggle with starting,” says Saurabh Bothra, Founder & CEO of Habuild. “#KarkeTohDekho is our way of nudging India into action. One stretch. One breath. One small beginning — that’s all it takes.”
Saurabh Bothra, the CEO of Habuild, is a certified Yoga instructor, entrepreneur, TEDx speaker, and YouTube creator. With vast experience in Yoga, Saurabh has made a significant impact, recently setting a world record for performing Yoga with 5,99,162 people on International Yoga Day and achieving a Guinness World Record in January by connecting 2.4 million people to Yoga for 21 days.

He founded Habuild, which has impacted over 95 lakh lives globally, is built on the principle of action over perfection. Its daily live yoga sessions, accessible via WhatsApp and YouTube, are joined by lakhs of users, many of whom begin with just 5 or 10 minutes a day.

More than a hashtag, #KarkeTohDekho is a mindset shift. Research shows that action leads to motivation not the other way around. With this initiative, Habuild hopes to turn hesitation into habit, and inspire a national movement around gentle, consistent wellness.

The live session will be open to all, and this year, Habuild’s community is taking it a step further by inviting their friends and family to join the initiative. Because health doesn’t need perfect timing. It just needs to begin.
Join the initiative. This World Health Day, #KarkeTohDekho.
