Curated by Chef Yogender Pal, the new menu presents an artful selection of innovative small plates, hearty mains, and Teppanyaki specialties that showcase the finest flavours. Highlights include the crispy Potato Tornado with sriracha aioli, the Miso, Rocket & Avocado Salad with citrus truffle, and the Salmon Usuzukuri with yuzu soy reduction. Seafood lovers can indulge in the Royal Guard Ceviche, while vegetarian options feature the Laoganma Cottage Cheese tossed in crispy chili sauce and the Tofu Steak in Thai Mustard Curry. Guests seeking a bold Teppan grill experience can enjoy dishes like Pad Krapow Gai, Tangy Pepper Thai Fish Square Peanut, and Devilled Tiger Prawns in black pepper sauce.
