One of grand annual music festivals in India is back to stage after a long wait. In the first of its kind, post Covid, TCS Ruhaniyat is back in its live concert format. As a part of the festival a special group of artistes curated from the hinterlands of India will be travelling to Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata; Kinnara Katha from Telangana will also be a part of this group.
Banyan Tree, the official organisers of the music festival featuring the Indian folk music traditions, shared in a press note – Thanks to the continued support of our National presenting partner TCS, in this 21st year we will once again cover all the 8 cities for all our loyal audiences across the country, live. So, beginning in Mumbai as always, we will cover Delhi, Kolkata, Bengaluru and Hyderabad in November-December 2021 and Ahmedabad, Chennai and Pune in February 2022.
The fans who look forward to Ruhaniyat every year feel its more than a concert. And why not? These live concerts bring together works of great masters and mystics that are brought to life by carriers of unique living traditions. They remind the listeners of the blissful path of spirituality, of the basic oneness of all beyond all man-made divides of class, caste, religion, race, language or nationality.
